Bob Marley's family has settled a trademark infringement lawsuit with Marley's half-brother, Richard Booker, according to
TMZ. TMZ reports that last year, Marley's widow, Rita, and nine of his children had filed a suit against Book for trademark infringement, claiming he was illegally selling products like fish cakes, fish sausage, and energy drinks by using Marley's face on the products. Booker then filed back with a counter-suit, saying Marley had given him permission to use his famous name before he died.
